Refunds are not offered on any items. However, we strive to provide exceptional service through clear policies and thoughtful solutions.
Custom-Made Jewelry
Custom jewelry includes, but is not limited to:
- Engagement rings
- Wedding bands
- Personalized jewelry with engravings
- Custom designs featuring specific gemstones or alterations
- Tennis (diamond) bracelets and necklaces
- Pendants
- Bangles
- Earrings
These pieces are crafted to your exact specifications, making them final sale. Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for non-custom items under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Non-custom items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for store credit or an alternative item.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition, accompanied by all original packaging and receipts.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our team will assess your claim and, if eligible, arrange for a repair or exchange.
